Frequently Asked Questions
Whether you're considering us for your child or trying to learn more about our services, we've compiled a selection of questions and answers to help guide you in making an informed decision.
How do I enrol?
We have two options for enrolment: you can either enrol your child online through the 'Enrol Now' button, or use our physical enrolment forms on site. Once enrolled, we will provide a form to let us know about your child. This will allow our Kaiako to understand your child's routines and help us to create a positive learning environment for them.
To ensure a smooth start, we require settling visits the week prior to starting, usually three separate ones, but we can provide immediate care if needed. If more time is needed, we're happy to extend the settling period to best suit your needs.

Please Inform us at least 2 weeks in advance if you wish to make changes in enrolment or schedules for your child. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests.
